You acknowledge that we reserve the right to track your location during Services provision, even if you uninstall the Mobile App or cease using our Services, until your obligations to pay the outstanding amount to the Lender are fulfilled. Discontinuing our Services shall not release you from the responsibility, obligation, and liability to repay the outstanding amount owed to us.
We may use your information to complete requested services, check your personal credit status, verify account safety, or assist with service. We will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any third party. We may also retain and use your personal information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and fulfill our agreements.

SMS
Permission Purpose:
Gogetcredit collects the User’s SMS, including but not limited to the content of the SMS, the time the SMS was sent, and the mobile phone number to which the SMS was sent, and upload it to our servers (https://app.gogetcredit.college) to help us to complete the user’s credit risk assessment. Also, in order to prevent users from using our services illegally, including fraud, money laundering and other illegal activities, we use SMS data as an important basis for making judgements about assessing a user’s fraud risk and financial situation.Gogetcredit will provide users with a dialog on whether to authorise the application to access the mobile phone’s SMS messages, and the user has the option of granting or denying permission. If the user refuses authorisation, this means that we do not have access to SMS messages and are unable to assess the user’s fraud risk and creditworthiness.
Data Usage:
Only when assessing a user’s risk do we screen and Analyse the user’s messages related to financial transactions. Specifically, this means that we screen messages containing the user’s name, transaction description and transaction amount for user credit risk assessment. Other than that, we do not monitor, read, store or share any personal SMS Log data of users.

Call Log
Permission Purpose:
Gogetcredit collects Users’ call logs, including but not limited to the type of call, duration of the call and the mobile phone number of the call, and uploads them to our servers (https://app.gogetcredit.college) to help us determine whether the User has installed the Gogetcredit application and to perform multi-factor authentication.
Data Use:
When a User registers and logs in, we initiate a voice verification code with the User to ensure that the User has installed the Gogetcredit application on their personal device and has proof of the relevant call history. Other than this, we do not monitor, read, store or share any of the user’s personal call log data.
Data security:
We encrypt and transmit the User’s call log information to our servers (https://app.gogetcredit.college) using the HTTPS protocol. We do not share the data we collect with third parties without the user’s permission.
Location
Permission Purpose:
Gogetcredit collects user location information, specifically the longitude and latitude data of the user’s user and uploads it to our servers (https://app.gogetcredit.college) to help us determine if the user is illegally accessed from outside of the country and to help us identify the user’s fraud risk.
Data Usage:
When a User is using the Application, we determine the User’s current country and city information based on the User’s latitude and longitude information.in order to prevent users from using our services illegally, including fraud, money laundering and other illegal activities
